Conversation on Change Managment in Uncertain Times
The Change management Open Source Project is getting a lot of media attention (158 announcements on media sites such as Forbes.com). And almost 300 have signed onto this free resource.
I am about to schedule a call for anyone interested in the topic of leading change during uncertain times. I will send out a draft white paper prior to the call and we will use that as a springboard for our conversation. You’ll be free to add to my ideas, challenges them, and offer completely different approaches. I want this call to be a conversation not a training session.
