Change without Migraines Formula
I am in the final stages of developing a new product called the Change without Migraines Formula. In addition to a full overview of my approach to leading change (audioCDs, MP3 files, and an extensive guidebook) it will also include some quick tip for leading change. These will be extra MP3 audios to give people a quick reminder of what to do before a big planning meetring, etc.
Do you have any suggestions. I am not looking for what I should say, but what areas you’d like to see me cover. For example: Tips for Working with a Reluctant Stakeholder. etc.
By the way, I think I will be releasing the new program the week of November 12. At least that’s the plan.
